Privacy policy

Local play

When you play a puzzle locally, your photo is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. It is stored temporarily in your device's browser storage (IndexedDB) so the puzzle can be resumed. It is not transmitted anywhere.

Shared puzzles

When you tap Send to a friend, your photo is uploaded to our servers in order to generate a shareable link. Uploaded images are:

  • Stored securely and accessible only via a unique private link.
  • Never listed publicly, never searchable, and never shown to anyone without your link.
  • Not used for advertising, training, or any purpose other than generating the puzzle.

Analytics & cookies

We do not use cookies or third-party tracking. We may collect basic anonymised access logs (page visits, error counts) for operational purposes. No personal information is stored in logs.

Data retention

Shared puzzle images may be retained on our servers for a reasonable period to allow recipients to play the puzzle. If you would like an image removed, contact us with the puzzle link and we will delete it promptly.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare to serve this site and handle uploaded images. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to data that passes through their network. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Terms of use

Acceptable use

You may use Puzzlegram to create and share jigsaw puzzles for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not upload images that are illegal, infringe on someone else's copyright, or contain content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you grant Puzzlegram a limited licence to process and store that photo solely for the purpose of generating and serving the puzzle to you and the people you share your link with.

Puzzlegram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
